Amendments to the Agenda
The following amendments should be read in conjunction with the agenda already published for the meeting detailed above.
Item 8: Election of Honorary President
There has been a change in the nominee for that position and the new nominee is Boyd Elliott who is proposed by Paul Stirland and seconded by Roni Rusdale.
Item 9: Election of Vice Presidents
The following members of the Club have been nominated to become Vice Presidents and the Board proposes that the nominations are approved by those attending the meeting. The members, all of whom have been properly proposed and seconded, are:
Andy Gough, Andy Carey, Jane Slater, Adam Taylor and Luke Majewski
No further nominations or special resolutions have been received by the Secretary prior to the June 24th deadline and, as such, the agenda is as previously published, subject to the amendments detailed above.
